During the institutional mission to the French market and within the scope of the “Master Export” project, the Business Association of Águeda (AEA) and the Business Association of Cambra e Arouca (AECA), as co-driving entities, visited the Maison & Objet Fair, which took place from January 17th to 21st, in Paris, recognized as one of the largest business spaces in the world, dedicated to the Habitat sector that welcomes the Furniture, Decoration and Lighting sectors.

This visit was due to the fact that these entities are preparing to participate in the next edition of Maison & Objet, which will take place next September, and preparations have started with the head of the Spanish and Portuguese market at Maison & Objet, Mr. Frédéric Cerff.
Also in this Institutional Mission, the representatives of AEA and AECA met with the Director of AICEP in Paris, Dr. Rui Paulo Almas, with the purpose of endeavoring potential institutional partners in terms of bilateral economic and business relations. The proposal to participate in the “Master Export” at Maison & Objet was also presented, with the cooperation of the organization.

Noteworthy are also the expedited meetings with media representatives in France, in order to publicize the “Master Export” Project in French territory.
