The Cambra e Arouca Business Association (AECA), in partnership with the Business Association of Águeda and the Business Association of Fafe, is launching the “Master Export” Project, structured under the Collective Action Incentive Systems (SIAC) Portugal 2020, which has a global value of 520 thousand euros. This tool aims to “reinforce the internationalization of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in the Metalomechanics and Habitat value chain, creating new export channels to countries geographically close and with high potential for these sectors”, namely Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland. It also aims to “empower companies” to present themselves in these markets with goods with greater technological incorporation, differentiated and made to measure by the customer. The “Master Export” will take place through “a set of activities that show the skills of Portuguese SMEs and the products of those ‘clusters’ originating in the regions of Central and Northern Portugal”.
